Joni Alcala

Joni Alcala brings a unique blend of healthcare expertise and legal knowledge to her role as a Paralegal at Gaynor Law Group. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Cardinal Stritch University in 2012 and her Master’s Degree in Nursing Education from Western Governors University in 2016.

Before transitioning to the legal field, Joni spent 12 years as an Emergency Department nurse and five years educating future nurses at Marquette University. In 2024, she obtained her Paralegal Certificate from the University of Wisconsin–Parkside and joined Gaynor Law Group.

Outside of work, Joni enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, crocheting blankets to donate to local nursing homes, and staying active in gym.
